The Young Professionals of North Jersey (YPNJ) was established in 2008 and is a subsidiary group within the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce. Over the years the group has evolved from a small group of young business professionals networking to the largest YP group in the area hosting events that benefit worthwhile charitable organizations.

The YPNJ feel it is our responsibility to help give back to the community and is why we decided to partner up with a new charitable organization at every one of our events during the year, to help raise awareness and money for their worthwhile causes.

To date - the YPNJ has raised nearly $20,000 for 15 non-profit organizations and that number continues to grow with your support!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our 2nd Annual Oktoberfest at the Barnyard & Carriage House on October 26th. We had over 215 people attend and raised nearly $2000 for the American Heart Association.

Thank you to everyone who came out to 381 MAIN for our Monday Night Football event on September 26th, which helped raise money for the United Way. We had over 150 people attend and the event was a huge success! Thank you!!

 

Thank you to everyone who came out to Egan & Son's in Montclair on Thursday, June 23. It was great night and I am proud to say that we raised over $1825 for the Cpt. Joe Lusk II Memorial Fund.

Cpt. Joe Lusk, a West Point graduate and Hero, died when his apache helicopter crashed and this incredible organization honors his memory by helping the families of our brave men & women who have been severely wounded or killed in the line of duty.

Members of the YPNJ Committee presenting Dr. William Weiss, Ex. Director of the Passaic County ELKS Cerebral Palsy Center, with a check for $2000 from our After-Work Mixer at Encore in February.

Thank you to everyone who came outo to our After-Work Social at Bliss Lounge on April 28th. We raised nearly $1200 for the Boys & Girls Club of Clifton.
