About the NJRCC Young Professionals Group:

The NJRCC Young Professionals Group is the staple for networking events in Passaic County. The group was originally created by listening to the ideas from Young Professionals in the Chamber who preferred meeting after hours, dressing business casual, and being able to network with other professionals in their age range.  I thought it was a great concept with so much opportunity and another great way to add even more benefit to joining the NJRCC.  As a Young Professional, I felt that there needed to be a different platform for the younger generation of business professionals to meet, network, and feel comfortable in.  That platform would be a casual and fun environment after work that allowed people to get away from the boardroom meetings, loosen their ties, have a drink and do business in fresh environment.  It also gives Young Professionals the opportunity to talk to people who are at the same career level and can give one another advice, share their experiences and help one another develop needed skills in today’s world. Alongside, an amazing YP Committee who has such great enthusiasm and creativity, we are striving to bring the Young Professionals of North Jersey new and exciting ways to network.
